Agreement
By accessing or using Wasila's website, software, or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
We provide lead operations, automation, and related tools as described in your order, agreement, or product documentation. Features may change; we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for credentials, accurate registration information, and activity under your account. You will not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or send unlawful or harmful content.
Clients using messaging or telephony features remain responsible for compliance with carrier rules, consent, and marketing laws in their jurisdictions.
Intellectual property
Wasila and its licensors retain rights in the Services. You retain rights in your data. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wasila shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
